I’m Kate Davies, creator of 'The Work-Life Balance Protocol for Teachers' and I spent 25 years as a teacher and working within the education sector, so I understand the challenges and know just how much you want to continue in the profession you love (or used to love), but without it taking up a disproportionate amount of your mental load and hours in the day!
Now I use what I learnt during my time in the education system, along with my experience as a Wellbeing Coach, EFT Advanced Practitioner and Master Trainer, to work with other teachers, giving them the tools to switch off from the demands of the job in order to create a happier work-life balance.
